Delete your MyFutureSelf account
You can delete your account and data at any time. Here is how.
Fastest path: delete in the app
If you still have the app installed, request deletion in Settings. The app shows the result of your request.
- Open MyFutureSelf and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.

No longer have the app? Enter the email you used in MyFutureSelf and we will email you a confirmation link.
What gets deleted, and when
Deletion removes your account and these records from our active systems:
- Your account and profile
- Your goals and roadmaps
- Your chat history with your AI mentor
- Your mood and wellness entries
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. When you request deletion on this page we email you a confirmation link, so nobody can delete your account by typing your address. Open the link and press the button to start deletion. We confirm by email when account deletion is complete. The link is valid for 48 hours and works once.
We also request deletion of the PostHog analytics record linked to your account. Provider processing and retention can continue after account removal. See our Privacy Policy for provider retention periods and exceptions.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
