Delete your MyFutureSelf account
You can delete your account and data at any time. Here is how.
Fastest path: delete in the app
If you still have the app installed, this deletes your account immediately.
- Open MyFutureSelf and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What gets deleted, and when
Deletion removes your account and all data linked to it:
- Your account and profile
- Your goals and roadmaps
- Your chat history with your AI mentor
- Your mood and wellness entries
- The analytics record linked to your account
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. When you request deletion on this page we email you a confirmation link, so nobody can delete your account by typing your address. Open the link and press the button, and your account and data are deleted, usually within minutes. We confirm by email when it is done. The link is valid for 48 hours and works once.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
